Counter experience survey report /

The ward is working on digital transformation at its counters to improve convenience for residents and streamline work for staff.

This time, we conducted a counter experience survey at the ward office in order to understand and analyze the issues.
By having staff pretend to be users and experience the counter while checking the actual processing time and flow of people, they were able to objectively grasp the issues.
Today, staff members discussed the ideal contact point and what the ideal form of service should be, and announced the results, which were shared with the ward mayor, deputy ward mayor, and other management staff.

In the future, we will set up a cross-departmental working group to improve our counter services and work on DX across the entire agency.
