【Cosmos Flowering Information on Shinagawa Hayata】 2018】 (Updated 9.19)
“Shinagawa flower sea road” in which seasonal flowers bloom at a tide bank about 1.5 km along the Katsushima canal. It is a cosmos that celebrates the best time but this year it is affected by typhoons and heavy rain, and on September 19 (Wednesday) the number of flowers is small.
