Chibikko Festival & Parents DE Disaster Drill

On Sunday (November 18), “Chibi Festival” organized by Hosokawa river main store and “parent-child DE disaster drill” conducted jointly by the local Kita Shinagawa 1-chome town hall will be held.
You can also enjoy it for parents and children with less opportunities to participate in daily disaster drills.
