The 12th Nakanobu Jazz Festival’s 12th anniversary “Nakanobu Jazz Festival” is aiming at the development and promotion of regional culture along with the undergroundization of Tokyu Ikegami Line Ebara Nakanobu Station in 1989, local shopping districts and music enthusiasts And started together.
