Shinagawa Sightseeing Festival 2018 stamp point was opened as Shinagawa Tourist Association Booth at Shinagawa Yumebashi Bridge 2018 held in Osaki from October 6 th – 8 th (Saturday – Monday – Friday).
Shinagawa Yume-san Bridge was crowded for three days, as it was sometimes called the meeting place as soon as I left Ogasaki Station South Exit Gate.
There were lots of people and smiles, as well as celebrities and loose characters!
