The municipal environmental learning and exchange facility "Ecole Togoshi", which was the first public building in Tokyo to obtain "Nearly ZEB" certification, began managing energy consumption in April 2022 after its completion. As the years have passed, we have summarized the operation results for FY2022.
The annual primary energy consumption of this facility has been reduced by 66% compared to the standard consumption (energy saving). The reduction was 97%, greatly exceeding the design value of 91% reduction, and we achieved "Nearly ZEB" in terms of operational results.
