Mayor Morisawa exchanged opinions with the minister about the future of the ward and Mongolia, and said that he would like to continue to deepen exchanges by making the most of the good points of each region.
Since 2017, the city has been implementing a personnel exchange project with Mongolian technical colleges to support small and medium-sized manufacturing industries in the city that are suffering from a shortage of engineers. So far, 13 graduates of the same technical college are working in small and medium-sized manufacturing industries in the city.
In addition, as a new initiative from 2023, we will start a human resource exchange project in the IT field with students of the computer engineering department established in 2020 at the same technical college.
