We interviewed Mr. Hayato Uematsu, the representative of the "Sign Football Shinagawa" school, and Mr. Nishikori, the coach, for an online magazine that introduces familiar organizations that contribute to the community.

Hayato Uematsu was born and raised in Shinagawa Ward. At present, I am teaching deaf soccer to children from kindergarten to high school who are both deaf and hearing and communicate with each other through sign language, eye contact, and gestures at Sign Football Shinagawa. .

Mr. Nishikori was invited by Mr. Uematsu to teach children as a coach of "Signed Football Shinagawa".

[Deaf Soccer]
It is a football game for hearing-impaired players, and because hearing aids must be removed during the game, it is nicknamed "soundless football." On the pitch, we use eye contact and sign language to communicate.
