When evacuating during a disaster, it is important to protect your feet from injury by wearing sports shoes or safety shoes, but one thing that is surprisingly often forgotten is the slippers to wear at your evacuation site.
Use newspaper to make slippers that will protect your feet and keep you warm while living in an evacuation center.
No tools required! It's easy to make, just fold it, so please try making it with your child and parents.
