This is an industry-academia-government collaboration project between Aoryo Junior High School, Oisix La Daichi Co., Ltd., whose head office is in the ward, and Shinagawa ward.
Students at Seiryo Junior High School's SDGs seminar learned about the current state of food waste and devised an "original SDGs bowl," and two carefully selected menu items, "Meat-wrapped WAKAME stamina bowl" and "Don't stop! Shrimp dashi risotto," will be available for 3 days only ( It will be sold at Shinagawa Ward Office from October 23rd to 25th.
Mayor Morisawa sampled the original SDGs bowl, recorded a video letter to the SDGs seminar students, and then inspected the students selling it.
Both rice bowls were delicious and environmentally friendly! !
This was an opportunity for me to learn about the fact that perforated seaweed and white shrimp shells are not sold on the market and are thrown away, and I exchanged opinions with the junior high school students who came up with the idea, hoping to renew my awareness of reducing food waste. did.
