What is the Special Ward National Collaboration Project?
A special ward was established in September 2014 as an initiative for cooperation and exchange between the special wards (Tokyo's 23 wards) and each region of the country, with the aim of coexisting and co-prospering with each region of the country, including Tokyo. This is a project launched by the Ward Mayor's Association.
In addition to promoting various projects in collaboration with the Special Ward Mayor's Association, Shinagawa Ward has concluded mutual cooperation agreements with Kochi Prefecture in September 2018 and Sakai City, Fukui Prefecture in September 2019, and is collaborating in various fields. We are conducting business.
