Mayor Tsuji is in his 11th term, the longest serving mayor in the country!
The other day, he announced that he would be retiring at the end of his term.
(Term is until November 15th next year)
Shinagawa Ward and Hayakawa Town concluded a "Hometown Exchange Agreement" in 1990.
