[Disaster Prevention #11]

Merry Christmas!
This time, I made Florentine, which is perfect for Christmas sweets, using preserved biscuits!

Do you stock up on food at home in case of a disaster? I think many people are purchasing preserved foods such as hardtack and biscuits. These preserved foods have a long shelf life, so you may forget to check the expiry date and the expiration date will arrive before you know it.

The basic idea of stockpiling is "rolling stock"! Be prepared by repeatedly eating and buying non-perishable foods. It's good to eat it as is and imagine it in case of a disaster, but this time I'll introduce a recipe that will make it delicious!
Please take this opportunity to try making it with your family.

[Please let us know your preserved food arrangement recipes! ]
“I arranged preserved food in this way and it was delicious.”
