[Date and time] Sunday, February 18th, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (scheduled)
[Venue] Yokohama Bank Ice Arena [Target] Only children living and attending school in the Shinagawa Daiichi District (including kindergartens and nursery schools), elementary and junior high school students, and their guardians (high school students and above).
*High school students and above cannot participate.
*Children in 1st to 3rd grade of elementary school or younger (including kindergartens and nursery schools) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
