When a large-scale disaster occurs, the challenge is to establish a contact point where people can consult with experts, such as lawyers, in order to support each disaster victim in rebuilding their lives according to their individual circumstances.
Today, we concluded disaster relief agreements with the Tokyo Bar Association, the Dai-ichi Tokyo Bar Association, and the Daini Tokyo Bar Association, and held a signing ceremony to provide consultation on general legal issues such as land and housing.
The City will further strengthen its preparedness during normal times in the event of a disaster that may occur at any time.
