The ward has set up a new government building maintenance task force in anticipation of the move to the new building.
The new government building development task force is a consultative body for young employees who are expected to continue working for many years after the relocation, to consider operational rules for the government building in order to realize a new work style.
To date, we have conducted office tours of private companies and local governments that are implementing advanced initiatives, and based on the many lessons we have learned from the tours, we have deepened discussions on operational rules.
Today, we held the last discussion for this year, and explained the results of the discussions so far to Mayor Morisawa.
