We concluded a partnership agreement with Kochi Prefecture in September 2018 as part of the Special Wards Nationwide Collaboration Project.
This time, we have entered into a new agreement regarding the use of wood, and we hope that the collaboration between the two municipalities will continue to deepen through the use of wood from Kochi Prefecture.
Currently, the ward is developing an at-home childcare support facility based on the design concept of tree education. By providing opportunities to come into contact with wood and experience its goodness, we hope to help achieve various goals such as decarbonization and the SDGs.
