We received a donation from the members of the Shinagawa Trim Gymnastics Federation in hopes of rebuilding the areas affected by the Noto Peninsula Earthquake.
The donations received will be delivered to the affected areas through the ward.
☆Trim exercises∶Trim is a Norwegian shipbuilding term that means "to maintain balance."
From the hull to the body, the aim is to maintain well-balanced health in both mind and body (maintaining health, increasing physical strength, eliminating lack of exercise, and preventing lifestyle-related diseases and injuries), especially for people who are physically weak or who are not good at exercise. It is also an exercise that can be done easily.
