In 2017, Shinagawa Ward started a human resources exchange project in collaboration with the Mongolian National College of Technology to help local manufacturing companies suffering from a shortage of engineers secure human resources, develop engineers, and continue their business.
We are deepening our ties with Mongolian technical college students by accepting them on internships and supporting them in finding employment at manufacturing companies in the ward after they graduate.
