~ Talking with the Mayor about the Future of Shinagawa ~
Employees who were promoted to section chief level in April had a direct discussion with the ward mayor on the theme of "What we want to achieve for the future of Shinagawa."
The purpose of this training is for participating employees to hear the ward mayor's thoughts directly and convey their own opinions to him, so that they can take a proactive stance in ward administration and increase their motivation and attachment to their work.
