From Tuesday, October 1st to Thursday, October 10th, notices regarding ACP will be posted in the connecting corridor on the 3rd floor of the ward office main building.
ACP is the process of discussing with those around you about the medical care and nursing care you want, the things that are important to you, and keeping a record of these discussions.
