Shinagawa Waterfront Tourism Festival/
This festival is a major autumn event that takes advantage of Shinagawa's waterfront, a tourist resource!
Today, about 8,000 fireworks were launched at Higashi-Shinagawa Marine Park, and the audience was sure to enjoy the spectacular fireworks.
As costs for fireworks, security, and other things rise, Shinagawa Ward is conducting a government crowdfunding campaign until the end of November to ensure this event can be carried into the future.
