The Shinafuku Autumn Leaves Festival was held on Sunday, October 20th, 2024 at the Shinagawa General Welfare Center (5-1-1 Yashio), a social welfare corporation.
The purpose of this event is to promote and improve the cultural activities of facility users, as well as to deepen understanding of the facility through interaction between local residents and facility users. The theme is "Together with the Community – Appreciating the Bonds of the Community."
There were performances by the brass band of Yashio Gakuen, kids' cheer dance, sign language dance, and a kimono remake fashion show held in collaboration with the local community. The festival embodied the theme of "Together with the Community" in every aspect.
