This committee was established to discuss methods and means for implementing policies, clarify the degree of achievement of plans, and ensure that residents have an opportunity to participate in policy evaluation. This year, the committee was made up of three academics, four representatives of related organizations in the ward, two students studying in the ward, and two residents who were publicly recruited, and carried out a policy evaluation on the local community (solving local issues, local activities, local connections, consumer life, etc.), and reported the results to Mayor Morisawa on this day, which was the final meeting of the committee.
