On Friday, November 8, 2024, a seminar and table tennis class was held at Minami-Shinagawa Children's Center (4-5-28 Minami-Shinagawa) to commemorate the donation of a children's ping-pong table.
This event was made possible by a donation of a ping-pong table from Nippon Paint Surf Chemicals Co., Ltd. (Minami-Shinagawa 4-1-15), whose head office is in Shinagawa Ward.
The event was held with Nippon Paint Marlets players Sato and Ito appearing as special guests.
The participating children's eyes lit up as they watched the players' plays, including the high-speed rallies taking place right in front of them, and received direct instruction.
