On Sunday, November 24, 2024, the Shinagawa Ward Arts Festival 2024 Children's Festival was held at Curian (5-18-1 Higashioi).
This event was planned, organized, and run by the Children's Festival Steering Committee, and co-hosted by the ward and the Shinagawa Cultural Promotion Foundation. Ten dance groups of junior high school students or younger active in the ward participated. A variety of dance genres were performed, including jazz dance, modern dance, hip hop, and cheer dance.
