Two wheelchairs were donated by the Shinagawa branch of the Tokyo Barbers' and Hygiene Trade Association.
This wheelchair was purchased using the proceeds from collecting and recycling used color tubes at a barber salon.
The donated wheelchairs will be used carefully within Shinagawa Ward Office as rental items.
