April 7 (Sun) was blessed with weather, and cherry blossom events in various places in Shinagawa Ward were booming.
Meanwhile, at 5:30 pm in Meguro River, due to the balance between the flow of the river and the tide, the flower flow in the part where the flow of the river and the tide collide becomes a horizontal line, and it is rare that it flows slowly downstream I was able to see the phenomenon.
