In 1977, he performed for the first time at Kabukiza, the name of Sanpei Bando. He received the 1997 Aoyama Fruit and Vegetable Supporting Award and Shochiku Nagayama Chairman’s Award.
After the completion of Shochiku Kabuki in 2010, established the Japanese dance Kikuzuki style.
