The inhabitant festival at Dai-ichi Hino Elementary School in Osaki Daiichi District has been postponed to Saturday, September 17th .
Other inhabitant festivals are scheduled to be held as scheduled (7/23 Welcome Center Hara / Genjimae Elementary School, 7/30 Shinagawa Central Park West Square)
