Human resource development basic policy workshop training
Currently, the ward is working to revise the "Shinagawa City Human Resource Development Basic Policy" to incorporate the wind of the present age.
As one of them, they hold workshops by staff of various occupations and ages, and I observed the state this time.
At the workshop, we exchanged opinions on what the "ideal staff image" and "ideal workplace image" should be, and decided on keywords, catchphrases, and slogans.
In the future, we will utilize the proposals discussed at this workshop to revise the "Shinagawa City Human Resources Development Basic Policy."
