We are accepting submissions for the "Shinagawa Ward Art Exhibition for People with Disabilities" until Friday, October 4th.
■ Eligible applicants: People who live or work in Shinagawa Ward and have a physical disability certificate, love certificate, or mental health and welfare certificate, or who use disability welfare services in the ward.
■Works being solicited: Calligraphy, painting, handicrafts
