Support for areas affected by heavy rains on the Noto Peninsula

This morning, the "Noto Peninsula Heavy Rain Disaster Affected Area Support Headquarters Meeting" was held, and a decision was made to provide emergency transportation of relief supplies, including 100 blankets, 4,000 sandbags, and 81,000 uses of portable toilets, in response to requests from the affected areas, as part of the ward's support.
In the afternoon, trucks loaded with relief supplies and ward officials departed for Wajima City, Ishikawa Prefecture.

In addition, donation boxes have been placed in 26 locations throughout the ward, including on the third floor of the ward office main building, at community centers, and at ward libraries.

We will continue to provide support in a timely manner that meets the needs of the affected areas.
