On Saturday, September 21st, 2024, the 18th Nakanobu Nebuta Festival was held at the Nakanobu Skip Road shopping district and the Showa Dori Shopping District.
The Nakanobu Nebuta Festival has been held every other year since 1990, sponsored by the Nakanobu Shopping District. It is a popular annual event held with the participation and cooperation of Kuroishi City, Aomori Prefecture, the home of the Nebuta. This year, a total of six Nebuta and Neputa, both large and small, were paraded.
