Shinagawa City Child Consultation Center opens/
As of October 1st, Shinagawa Ward will be removed from the jurisdiction of the Tokyo Metropolitan Shinagawa Child Consultation Center.
The #ShinagawaWardChildGuidanceCenter, a ward-run center, will be responsible only for Shinagawa Ward and will provide support to children and families within the ward.
Mayor Morisawa encouraged the staff, saying, "I look forward to your continued hard work in protecting the healthy development of all children and pursuing their best interests."
