A training course for ward staff titled “What it means to open a Shinagawa Child Guidance Center'' was planned by the Child Guidance Center Opening Preparation Division, and Mayor Morisawa also attended.
The lecturer will be Deputy Counselor Hara (former director of Yokohama City Nanbu Child Guidance Center), manager of the Shinagawa City Children's Future Department.

In Shinagawa Ward, preparations are underway for the opening of a municipal child guidance center in October 2020.
