Today, October 6th (Friday), the “Shinagawa Ward Community Safety Gathering'' was held at the Kurian Hall, with approximately 1,000 ward residents from the ward crime prevention association participating.
It will be the first time in five years that the event will be held at the Curian Hall, and the first time in the renovated hall.
The "Shinagawa Ward Community Safety Gathering" is co-sponsored by the Ebara, Shinagawa, Oi, and Osaki police stations, each crime prevention association, and Shinagawa Ward, and this year's secretariat was the Ebara Police Station.
This event is held as part of the “National Community Safety Campaign'' held from October 11th to 20th every year.

Shinagawa Ward Mayor Morisawa was unable to participate in the assembly, so he gave his greetings via video message.
[Part 2] Performance by rakugo storyteller Takaji Katsura [Part 3] Song concert by Kunsui Iwamoto [Three-party conversation] Kunsui Iwamoto, Takaharu Katsura, and Ebara police officer Lastly, the Metropolitan Police Department mascot character “ Pipo-kun” and Shinagawa City’s security mascot character “Shinabou” appeared, and the ceremony ended with all attendees making a “community safety declaration.”
In charge of life safety in charge of living safety sections, "Life Safety Division," is useful for preventing special fraud. We rented out automatic call recorders, and many people applied for them. Rental of automatic call recorders is free of charge. Applications are accepted at the Community Activities Division and each police station, so please continue to apply.
