A livable Shinagawa event was held for the first time in four years, with the aim of moving from safe and secure housing to disaster-resistant city development.
At the venue, attendees enjoyed activities such as log cutting, housing consultation, knife sharpening, a craft square, and mini steam locomotives.
After greetings, we threw rice cakes and sweets. Although the technique for throwing the red and white mochi and sweets was difficult, they were surprised to find the scaffolding was higher than they expected.
