I visited the “13th Hara Festival'' held at Welcome Center Hara.
The Hara Festival is an exchange event between users of the Welcome Center, an exchange facility, and local residents, and is being held in earnest for the first time in four years.
A presentation of the results of user groups was held in the sports room, and a mock shop flea market was held on the field.
