Eleven junior high and high school students, who have earned the Fuji Scout badge, the highest rank among Boy Scouts, and the Chrysanthemum Scout badge, the highest rank among junior high school students, visited the ward office with their instructors.
Each student reported to Mayor Morisawa about the growth, hardships, and contributions they were able to make to the local community in the process of obtaining their respective chapters.
