Deputy Ward Mayor Kuwamura joined Shinagawa Ward in April 1977, and after serving as the Ward Assembly Secretary-General, General Affairs Manager, and Planning Manager, he was appointed Deputy Ward Mayor in November 2014.
Served as Deputy Mayor for approximately 9 years and 3 months, supporting Mayor Morisawa and former Mayor Hamano.
Deputy Mayor Kuwamura, who has an impressive kind smile, is well-liked by the staff, and when he left the government building, many staff gathered to see him off.
