Collaboration agreement signed to reduce food waste/
In order to reduce food waste, we signed a collaboration agreement today with CokeCooking Inc., which operates the food sharing app #TABETE.
Food waste is one of the issues that must be addressed in order to achieve "Zero Carbon City Shinagawa."
It is said that 4.72 million tons of food is wasted each year in Japan, which is a huge waste of resources and also has an impact on climate change.
By signing this agreement, we will be able to further raise awareness of food waste reduction, including food sharing, among restaurants and residents of the ward!
