On Thursday, January 16th, 2025, 20 five-year-olds, 22 four-year-olds, and 19 three-year-olds from Osaki Nursery School (Osaki 5-2-1) participated in a traffic safety class and work experience at Osaki 5-chome Amusement Park (Osaki 5-2).
This initiative was the first collaboration between the company and Sagawa Express Co., Ltd., with whom it concluded a comprehensive partnership agreement in November last year.
First, all the children participated in a traffic safety class. Under the guidance of Sagawa Express employees, they learned how to cross the road correctly, how to read traffic signals, and blind spots of trucks. Next, the 3- and 4-year-olds got to experience riding in a truck, while the 5-year-olds were split into groups to experience the workplace. The group that chose to deliver packages put on uniforms and enjoyed delivering parcels from the truck to the entrance of the nursery school.
