On the day of the tournament, a total of 19 teams, made up of children from elementary schools in the Shinagawa District 2 jurisdiction, engaged in heated competition. The lecturer is Nobudo Enomoto, a member of the Shinagawa Traditional Crafts Preservation Society! The miniature Buddha statues were hardened with plaster, and everyone used paint to create colorful original Buddha statues☺️ They also heard valuable stories about the history surrounding Buddhist statues.
